No it's not just tofurkey over turkey. How about beef-less Wellington and Nosecco too. Or one may opt for banana-blossoom-fish or jackpot turned pork. (You need not look for any recipe to it. Everything is available in supermarkets.)

An estimate for big supermarkets in U.K. suggests upto a 400% rise in meat-free offerings on Christmas this year.
Yes, veganism is on its way to become mainstream. Don't feel left-out. Join the trend this Christmas and then continue the New Year in January with Veganuary.
