Indian Supreme Court Adjourns the RBI vs. Crypto Exchange Case Until Next Year
In an unfortunate development, justice for the Indian Crypto Exchanges has been postponed by the apex court yet again.
This time it was postponed on the request of RBI counsel and a new date was given as 14th January, 2020.
Will the festival of Makar Shankranti bring the news of any justice to the Indian crypto community?
So far, it seems that this issue has been given a very low priority not only by the apex courts but even the Indian Government. As intimated earlier, the much hyped crypto bill is not even on the agenda in the ongoing winter session of the Parliament.
