Ashutosh Dish

I generally don't cook ...and whenever I do, it's not any exotic dish or anything that you would crave for.

Since I have to eat whatever I cook and I can eat almost any delicious or even a bland tasting dish; I'm not much concerned about how a dish would finally turn out in taste.

But today I was going to a vegan potluck party. There my dish was going to be tasted by many. So I chose to prepare something that everyone is fond of.

I prepared this dish which even I didn't know I'm going to prepare. I had never prepared it before and never did I eat it or see it!

I asked everyone to guess the name and ingredients of this dish. This was a difficult riddle as I too didn't know its answer for sure.

After tasting it, everyone came up with different guesses for its ingredients. It's always interesting to me to play this game. With this riddle, everyone eats more attentively, tasting every bit of it to ascertain all its ingredients.

So when I asked to tell me the name of the dish, it wasn't possible for them. Then one friend came out with "It's Ashutosh Dish". And this name stayed.

Ashutosh Dish was well received and was completely finished.

Shouldn't I take it as some compliment? 😜
