Hey guys!

This is my first post on Hive chain. Am I already late to the party?

Well, I ain't very active on my blog for quite some time and used to post infrequently. But this was a long break at my end.

It's good to see hive.blog wallet functional today.
I'm also happy to note that today CoinMarketCap has listed Hive with its ticker HIVE.

But I was wondering about the naming of this blockchain as "Hive" blockchain. Is this name final?

I mean, in the light of Cease & Desist request initiated by HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd.this week, what strategy has been formulated about it?

I see that the legal representation for this Cease and Desist request was made 3 days back according to this link:

So was that already responded and settled or is it going to be some legal fight?

For the record, it is neither a blockchain company nor a social media project. So does that stand any chance?

There is yet another crypto token with the ticker HVN from Hiveterminal. This Ethereum based token is also listed on Coin Market Cap.

I sincerely hope that all these similarities doesn't put any legal load on our chain. So I just wanted to check what action our community is taking to safeguard our interest. Can anyone here update me on it?
